Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at SS Agarbatti & Perfumes (ssagarbatti.in). We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our fragrances and incense products.

​Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

​Due to the consumable and personal nature of agarbatti and perfumes, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any products once an order has been successfully placed and delivered.

​We cannot accept returns based on personal fragrance preferences or a change of mind, as we cannot verify if a product has been opened, used, or tampered with after it leaves our facility.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed or dispatched from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately at ssagarbattiandperfumes@gmail.com or +918591225423. If the cancellation is approved before shipping, we will reverse the transaction.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our delivery partners, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Replacement Only)

​While all sales are final, we want to ensure you receive what you paid for in perfect condition. We only make exceptions in the event that your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item.

​In such cases, we do not offer refunds, but we will provide a replacement of the exact same item, subject to the following conditions:

  • ​You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
  • ​You must provide clear photographic or video evidence (an unboxing video is highly recommended) showing the damaged product or the incorrect item received, along with the original shipping label.
  • ​Send your replacement request to ssagarbattiandperfumes@gmail.com.
  • ​Once our team reviews and approves the evidence, we will dispatch a replacement product to you at no additional shipping cost.

4. Failed Deliveries / RTO (Return to Origin)

​If a package is returned to us by the courier due to an incomplete/incorrect address provided by you, or if you are unavailable to receive the package after multiple attempts, no refund will be issued. We can arrange for re-shipping the package; however, the additional shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
