Shipping Policy

At SS Agarbatti & Perfumes, we are dedicated to ensuring that your favorite fragrances reach you safely and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery procedures, and shipping guidelines for all orders placed on ssagarbatti.in.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Dispatch Timeline: All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Mumbai within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Delays: During periods of high demand, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. If there will be a significant delay in the dispatch of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

​We currently ship across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Delivery: Generally takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive after dispatch, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote or non-metro pin codes may take slightly longer.
  • Perfume Shipping Notice: Due to aviation regulations in India, liquid perfumes are classified as flammable and often require surface shipping rather than air transport. This means deliveries containing perfumes may take a few extra days to reach certain states.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • ​Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number(s).
  • ​The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your package directly on our delivery partner's website.

4. Courier Partners

​We partner with reliable and recognized logistics providers to ensure the safe delivery of your products. Depending on your pin code, your order will be shipped via partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, DTDC, or India Post.

5. Undeliverable Packages (RTO - Return to Origin)

  • ​Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct PIN code and a reachable phone number.
  • ​If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or if you were unavailable to accept the delivery after multiple attempts by the courier, no refund will be issued (as per our Return & Refund Policy).
  • ​We can arrange to re-ship the package to you, but the additional shipping costs must be paid prior to the second dispatch.

6. International Shipping

​Currently, we do not ship outside of India through ssagarbatti.in. We are focused on providing the best possible service and delivery experience to our domestic customers.
